The Jaden Sebastian Blake Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization created to honor the life and legacy of Jaden and continue the work he started. Jaden was a vibrant and passionate young man with a zest for life. Jaden took community service and social activism seriously. Jaden died November 13, 2022 after a fatal car crash. Upon his death, Jaden inspired many with the ultimate gift of life he gave to others through organ donation. The foundation focuses on increasing awareness, knowledge, and participation, in blood and organ donations.
One of Jaden’s passions was track and field, especially pole vaulting. He came to the sport late and lamented the lack of access and opportunity to vault in the city. In his honor, the foundation will provide scholarships for African American students pursuing non-traditional sports. The foundation will also seek to partner with organizations to increase access to non-traditional sports for African American youth, particularly pole vaulting.

We are thrilled to have your support. Your donation will help the foundation further its goal of making a difference in the world by raising awareness and participation for blood and organ donation in the African American community. This year we intend to award our first scholarship. The Foundation will be managed by Jaden’s mom, Yvonne.
